5M WS2812B Addressable RGB Pixel Led Strip, IP30, 300 Leds

Digital RGB LED strips, also called Dreamcolor or horse race LEDs, are special RGB LED strips that are digitally controlled by means of a WS2812B chip.
In contrast to standard RGB strips, where the chosen color always applies to the entire strip, digital LED strips are able to generate many colors and associated light effects.
The possibilities are thus virtually endless and are only limited by the possibilities of the chosen controller (controller).

This WS2812B LED strip has a length of 5 meters and is equipped with 300 Ultra Bright RGB SMD5050 LEDs with integrated WS2812 chip

IP30 means that the LEDs are not shielded and can only be used in dry rooms.


Power consumption:
WS2812B LED strips work on 5V and use 60mA per LED, which equates to 3.6A per meter (full power static white)
When calculating the correct power supply capacity, always take about 10-20% overcapacity into account.
It will not be difficult to find a suitable power supply for connecting a few meters of strip, but if you want to connect several full rolls, you must provide them with a separate power supply every 5 meters.

To customize:
The Premium WS2812B digital RGB LED strips can be cut and / or connected after each LED.
Keep in mind that digital LED strips can only be connected in one direction, the current direction is indicated on the LED strip with arrows.
