How to determine the correct cylinder size for your project:
There is sometimes some confusion about the dimensions of this type of cylinder lock.
To choose the correct size, measure the distance from the outside of the door to the inside behind which the striker plate should fall.
For example, if you measured 19mm, you will need a 20mm lock (the locking lip can be bent slightly for a perfect fit).
